From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

She has to be one of the most creative and driven writers I’ve ever met, and it blows me away. I'm not sure words can truly do this woman justice, but I shall try. To start with, she's a wonderful person all around. Not only is she a joy to write with, I have a blast just chit-chatting with her. Her writing is unbelievable, once you start reading it flows perfectly, sucks you in and leaves you wanting more.
