My character was born and raised a male but completely turned into a female. There's so many gender options that I don't know which one correctly identifies to my character. Any and all help appreciated

Did your character purposefully/willingly transition into a woman? Trans Woman or Trans Female / Transgender Woman or Transgender Female (This is ALL up to taste, which one you pick) might be for you!
Was it unwilling? I would simply go with 'female', then, as your character would likely not consider theirself trans. c: I think it's easiest to think: What does my character ID as, now? Do they ID as trans, or not? Because if they don't ID as trans, the safe route is to simply say 'female' (as opposed to Cisgender female, which means 'assigned female at birth, identifies as female'), and call it a day.
