Times in Gotham were dark. Batman had disappeared. Something was working behind the scenes. Something sinister. An unknown, yet familiar figure had last been seen with Batman before he disappeared. People were scared and confused and some people decided to investigate. Villains and heroes alike.

Two-Face: "I don't know anything, damn it. All I know is Batman was fighting someone before they both vanished. It was a woman, but she looked like Joker..."

Harley Quinn: "But that's impossible. Mistah J is in Arkham where Batman put him. I'd be the first ta know if he escaped."

Nightwing threw Harvey to the ground and scoffed as he turned to leave. "I don't know what's going on, but I'm going to get to the bottom of this."

Suddenly, before he could leave a voice spoke from the shadows. "It wasn't Joker. I just left Arkham and he was there." It was Commissioner Gordon. "Joker just sat there like he was sad or upset. All he could say was "Leave, Jim." I couldn't get anything out of him. It's like he lost something."

"My poor pumpkin. He misses me." Harley had a sort of sweet and longing smile on her face. "Mistah J needs me." Harley began to skip and hop off but was immediately stopped.

Jim turned to her and shook his head. "I don't think it's you, Harley. Batman isn't here so Joker has no will to do anything."

Harley turned towards Jim and frowned. "Take that back. My pumpkin misses me." Before anyone else could speak another voice rang out.

It was harsh sounding like Batman's, but feminine. "I know where Batman is. I tried to save him, but I can't do it on my own." Batwoman jumped from the top of a low building. She had been there the whole time listening to them squabble about Batman and Joker. "Before you ask, I'm Batwoman. I don't have time to explain. But you need to put together a rescue group."

(Anyone can join, but it's strictly DC related.)
Noah Foxford (played by Gunslinger13)

Noah was a normal kid, if normal kids burned their families alive in their homes. His mom, and dad, and sister... Gone because of him. And that's why he became a hero, to save more lives then he had taken. Three lives taken were three too many, but ince he saved three lives he needed to save thirty, and once he saved thirty he needed to save three hundred believing his debt could never be settled.

He was Dragonman, only 21 with white hair and no cape, no cowl, no mask, no black suit of armor. Noah could breathe fire and produce scaley wings from his back, other then those two powers he had one more, fire proof... No flames could hurt him, no blaze too hot for his skin or hair. Noah stepped off the late bus, backpack on his back with $15,000 between his four debt cards. It may sound like a lot, but in Gotham that was barely a years rent. "Batman lives here... He will be able to help me settle my score, he will be able to tell me when I've paid my debts to my family..."

Nicole Letters (played by ILoveCookies)

Nicole walked around the busy streets of Gotham. She walked all posh and smug like, She held a black bag in hand, A black hat, a pair of black leather gloves and a black pair of sunglasses. She'd have black heels on and they made quite but yet loud clapping sounds as they hit the floor when she walked. She sighed and turned down and alley-way, A short-cut to get back to her place. A couple of thugs surrounded the young, 'Innocent' woman. She'd have a sinister smile on her face.

"Now, What do you fine gentlemen want?" She'd ask, Slowly taking off her gloves and setting her bag down on the floor.

"Shh, Doll-face. Just some fun." One said, getting close and grabbing her. She'd knee his private area and kick it with her heel as he stepped back. She'd grab her bag taking out some pepper-Spray. She'd run at the other as he charged at her with a knife. She'd grab his hand with one hand and spray his face with the pepper-spray.

"Such a shame." She'd adjust her glasses. She'd turn to the other and spray him. She'd grab her bag and hit him round the head. She'd upper-cut his jaw, Then left-hook his jaw. At this point he was out cold. She'd turn again to the thug she sprayed first. She'd pick up her bag and pull out a tazer. She'd taze the man and then punch his jaw. Knocking him out.

"That hurt." She'd rub her hand, She'd quickly call the authorities and tell them the address and the specific alley. She'd adjust her hat and close the phone. By the time the authorities had arrived Nicole had disappeared a note lay on one of the thug's forehead. ' I wont press charges, Just please keep them locked up for a night.'
Fiona Sharlet (played by SwiftlyFlying)

A tall girl with long black hair and sunglasses on walked silently along the sidewalk, headphones placed in her ears as she hummed quietly with the beat. Her bright green sneakers made almost no sound as she stepped on the pavement. Stopped as she spotted a StarBucks, she quickly entered, making her way over to a lonely looking girl in the corner. They spoke with each other for a moment, the other girl smiled and handed Fiona her phone number. Fiona smiled back and took it graciously, though not handing the other girl her number.

After grabbing a coffee she exited and a sinister smile crept upon her face as she plotted the girl's demise. She'll sit at my house, we'll be watching Netflix.. yeah... we'll watch a horror movie! And then when I asks if she wants to sleep over, I'll lock the doors and shove her into the basement! YES! As she thought she giggled insanely, prancing about the sidewalk as she though of the pain she would put the poor girl through.

Meanwhile, in the other world Batman would wake up to realize he was tied up. His But Suit was gone, but he was wearing a tuxedo. Surprisingly enough he still wore his cowl. "Where am I?" He asked himself as he came to his senses. No sooner than he began thinking of a way to escape a sinister voice spoke.

"What's the matter, Bats? Are those ropes too tight? I guess you're wondering what happened?" A woman would show herself. She looked exactly like Joker. She had the same exact mind as Joker. She even called him nicknames like Joker.

Batman would let out a chuckle. "Breasts don't exactly suit the 'Clown Prince of Crime', you know. Where are we? And how did you manage to knock me unconscious?"

Joker would laugh and scratch her head. "It's funny, actually. I'm not sure how we got here. But this is my world, Batsy. I woke up before you and tied you up. It didn't seem fitting to unmask the Dark Knight without an audience. Let's just say a few friends of mine... and yours will be attending shortly."

She would walk towards a door and signal a hulking Harley Quinn to stand watch. "If he struggles too much, knock'em out."

The giant of a man would giggle. "Okay, Puddin'. Will do. But Miss J, what if Batwoman shows up?" Joker would chuckle and point to the group she had gathered. "They'll take care of her."
Lisa Coral (played anonymously)

Lisa Coral. Age 11 when she disappeared. Vanished from her own birthday party in the park. The parents were investigated. No charges filed. No other leads. She simply went missing and was unofficially presumed dead. Then again, nothing is ever what it seems in Gotham. Nothing is ever simple.

She turned up. Alive. That was a week ago. Three years and some change from the day she disappeared. Alive, though far from well. Dressed in an old style girls dress, She had walked into the Second Bank of Gotham with a bomb strapped around her neck. Video surveillance showed her wandering the lobby for several minutes before any of the staff approached her.

The teller who interacted with her had described her as distant, out of it mentally. She had been confused by her own name, alternating between "Lisa" and "Alice". she was rambling incoherently about rabbits and cats and mice and tea. The bank staff, unsure what to do, were about to call for help when she was described as possessing a distinct moment of clarity.

Voice full of fear, "My name is Lis- Alice. Alice. Must be Alice. I need the money. He'll make my head explode. Alice can't be late for tea. He'll do worse." The teller described the girls smile at the last comment as 'The single most unnerving thing she had ever seen.'

She was given what she could carry, roughly $150k. She would then leave, only to disappear once more among the crowd on the busy sidewalk outside.

That was a week ago. A fifteen minute appearance by a girl that still sounds lost. Maybe missing forever.

But tonight... Tonight the girl in the blue dress and white pinafore had other places to do. Things to see. People to be. Or something like that.

She stood on the curb, arguing with herself. Her placement was deliberate, a shadowy enough area that happened to be near an ATM. The camera would pick her up.

"I don't want too!" Defiant at first, her tone and body language shifted to terror. Her hand rising to grab her collar. "No! Please! I'll behave. I'll...." She was staring into the road now, at nothing. Her hand went slack, as she walked forward between two parked cars. "Wha- what are you doing here? Hey! Come back!" She darted into the road.

The police cruiser had to swerve sharply to miss her. It bounced off a line of cars across from her. The driver tried to correct, over compensated. The car swung to the opposite side of the road, caught a parked car just right, and rolled. It slid on the roof for a bit, then came to a halt with the driver side door pinned against another car.

She stared at the cop car. Confused by it. Her attention drifted back to what she was chasing, only to realize it gone. Gaze travels back to the police. She started walking up the street.

In the police cruiser, the driver was dazed, hovering just on the edge of consciousness. He was responding to an anonymous call about some unconscious criminal elements. It was impressive how much police work in Gotham was actually cleaning up after vigilantes. He was shaken awake by the officer in the seat next to him. The world was upside down, and the adrenaline made it hard to focus.

He was stuck. The seatbelt which had likely saved him was now a temporary restraint. His eyes closed again. He was shaken once more. His eyes opened. The girl. He missed her, right? He looked out of the broken windows trying to see her.

"Did you see her?"
"Who?"
"The girl. The girl in the blue dress..." He started patting himself down, trying to find his knife. "She ran out from the cars."
"What she look like?"
"She looked like.... Shit! She was the one from the bank! The bomb collar girl." Why couldn't he find his knife? Just had to cut himself down..."what was she doing...? We need... We..." His brain was trying to tell him something. He closed his eyes trying to focus.

He heard the click. It sounded like his knife locking open. His eyes snapped open. He hadn't been assigned a partner.

He turned his head slowly to look, not knowing what, or who he might see. His hand was creeping toward his holster. There was no officer. Just the girl. His uniform's hat, too large for her, sat at an angle atop her head. In one hand she held the radio hand set. In the other, he could make out his knife; the blade glinting in the street light. His hand found his holster, the gun missing.

She spoke. "...I'm sorry. I am." He could hear it in her voice, see it in her face. She was. She held down transmit. "Officer down. Officer down. Require assistance." She glanced out the window. "1500 block. 38th Street." She put the hand set down, wedging the transmit button. "It's so they can hear you, officer." For the briefest of moments he found hope, that she was only helping him. That this was a misunderstanding.

She looked back at him, her attention leaving the radio. The smile on her face. The distant look in her eyes. Hope left him.

The second to last thing dispatch, or anyone listening to the police frequency, heard was a faint whisper. "...we're all mad here." Then the screaming began.

(So basically a really pissed off Superman? o.o)
Lisa Coral (played anonymously)

(...oh it's worse then "Pissed off." Picture this: Take the Demi-God that is superman, and Remove all inhibitions, morals, and self imposed limits. Fill him with uncontrolled murderous rage. Then set him on fire. Replace his blood with magical fire. Red lantern rings are no joke.)

(It's Joker or Carnage with Super powers. o_o Hmmm... I want to make you feel accepted in this RP, but I'm not so sure this world is ready for Red Lantern Kryptonians. I'm not trying to be discerning or anything. It's just...that seems a tad bit op. I really want ya to RP with us, but can you possibly find something less life threatening? o.o)
(No that was just the vaguest way of putting his abilities. He is a hybrid being with heritage stemming from the cousin race of kyptonians called the Daxamites and an earth metahuman mother. A Daxamite is the same as a kyptonian, power based around solar absorption but lead is fatal to them and they are immune to kryptonite. Power set is the same, but since I am only a half breed I don't full access to all powers. No flight without assistance, limited invulnerability and strength, no freeze breath. I still have a great leaping capabilities and heightened senses but only infrared and x-ray visions. My metahuman mutation is that of Static Shocks electricity generation/manipulation. The red lantern ring does signify rage but Karai holds immense rage within his heart which fuels his power ring. His ring came to him due to things he's endured from a harsh and casually unjust upbringing. But he's not a walking ball of chaos and destruction, contrary to his power source he prides himself on being able to keep his power in check. He is guided anger not a loose cannon, very protective/big brotherly of comrades. Has a warped sense of justice but will defend his comrades even if he believes them wrong. Will not kill himself but goes the extra mile to make no innocent lives are taken during "operations" no matter what side of the law we are on at the time...)
