In a futuristic, cyberpunk city that is blighted with crime and infested with miscreants, a government-owned company called Nightingale Incorporated is among the greatest crime moguls out there. Though they don't admit to it, it's common knowledge that the company that supplies the military with weaponized androids also offers them up to the well-paying citizens as hitmen, assassins, debt-collectors, torturers, interrogators, and stalkers. The android guards that patrol the city are programmed to ignore these crimes; members of the human police force -- which is seen as second-rate and unreliable -- are bribed or disposed of if they attempt to investigate. In this city known as Nova, it's hard to see any good coming about in the future. And yet, amidst all of this corruption, an android who's tired of her job and a rebel group who've gotten their hands on some new technology might be able to change everything for the better.



Note: this is the first RP that I've created. I've done some world building and have set things up for a plot, but if anyone's interested in joining, feel free to help out with other plot stuff,world building, etc.
P.S. The rebel group mentioned in the description can be played by anyone who wants to join this RP, or by me if nobody else wants to do it. Also, if anyone has any suggestions about the "new technology" that they have, go ahead and tell me. I have some ideas on what that technology might be, but I'm definitely open to other (probably better) suggestions.
