In this world, magic isn't too common, especially in towns or cities. Some small villages or groups will even hunt down magic users, believing it is a form of black magic, or witchcraft. Normal humans can use spells as a replacement, since it is either passed by family, or it is too difficult to learn proper magic. Some people may disregard magic, or may not believe in it. My character is Andrew Kanten.

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Modern
A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
