What sort of tabletop did you used to do?
Although there are a fair number of people with tabletop backgrounds here, I have noticed a tendency toward dice-less RP here amongst the playerbase. It's certainly not a strict rule, and we cater to just about any kind of system that people want to run without bias, but it's something to keep in mind as you interview potential new players.
