I'm just really in the mood to get an rp going with him
For people who don't know Borderline personality disorder is where moods change relatively fast, not to be confused with Bipolar. Another male preferred. Paragraphs please please please, I don't do well with one liners or little detail.
He is a scientist who does have experience with supernatural things even though he doesn't think that he is one of them. His moods can switch pretty rapidly depending on what is going on or what he is doing.

Or maybe abar if takes place in another country .Needs to make contacts some how in other country's. you decide even on the street just start a random conversation with her ... or would she have to go up to you . you choose She is a social butterfly , just one you don't want to cross. any where is fine really.

The lab would work just fine. I don't see him as actually going to another country or even going to a bar just to meet people.
