Desperado-27 is the best of them. Sometimes she's called the Stag Knight, based on her mech, the Stag Lord. Rarely is she ever called her name, Marfisa.
Many paths can be followed for a living weapon, a person who's humanity can be called into question with ease.

Hello all! I'm QuillofaCorvid, a newer RPer on the site, though not new to RP as a whole. This is one of my favorite characters I've written, Marfisa, to test the waters a bit. I'm looking for Sci Fi RP, though I can be convinced to alter the character's concept for other storylines if you're truly interested, but not so much in Mecha Sci Fi. I'll leave some potential storylines below.
(Also as a note, if you're interested in any romantic storylines, I only do FxF/NB. This is non-negotiable.)
An Abandoned Weapon
In this galaxy, the Order that brought the Desperados into the realm is no more, and their weapons now lay unused. Many of these dangerous pilots have wound up in detention facilities or have perished. Y/C ends up finding one of these forgotten horrors in the rain, sitting around doing nothing. There have been reports of a mercenary causing mass devastation to local ne'er-do-wells. Could this be it?
A Grand Fight
A soldier on the ground, an officer aboard a ship, or just a hired gun doing whatever the contractor requests. No matter their start, they end up coming into contact with one of the pilots, an elite branch of the force you fight for. Their type is rather strange, acting almost inhuman at times, always staying within their machines, their mannerisms outside of them still frighteningly similar. You just so happen to get paired with handling one of them, perhaps needing them as support for a mission, being rescued by them in dire moments, or investigating a strange happenstance.

Plausible legends of ancient magic, but current magic is not common.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Some romance is possible, but the overall plot is more important.
