I've been trying to brush up on my drawing skills.
Using RPs as inspiration.
Before last month - I went like 8 years without drawing a single thing.
So, yeah. I need alot of practice. I'm getting ever-so-slightly better at adding flat colors.

Let me know what you think.
Would you pay for any of this?
There's no limit on what i'd draw, content-wise. Gore, violence, robots, furries, NSFW.
Do want to keep it to a max of 2 characters per drawing for now, though.

They're all based on my one (and only) current RP right now.

Did you ever get or follow art classes?

You do have a certain style, a ‘stamp’ differentiating you from other. It’s vibrant and living. I miss only that last little something that could bring it to your perfection. 👍🏼😊

Nah, I never went to any classes or anything.
Just self-taught. I know I need alot more practice.
Maybe new equipment. (i just sketch these on printer paper with mechanical pencils lol)

What’s wrong with good ol’pencil and paper? I’m not even able to do drawing on computer… I use pencils and paper too.
I had lots of art lessons, made a graduate in art and art history (secondary degree), I never used modern electronic devices (if it is not to photograph digitally).
But some tricks and tips can be very handy.

But I can assure you, your dessins are good, as said vibrant and living, and you are capable of commissioning your art, when you feel ready for it.

I dunno... it's just, I can't get my lines as fine as I want to with pencil and paper.
Can't get them as clean as I want.
Harder to color with a laptop mouse finger-pad.

But, you really think anyone would want to commission me?
I don't feel anywhere near good enough yet!
Aw man. Well, what do you think would be a good price for anything?
Feels weird thinking of charging for my drawings.

Maybe I can offer freebies, so long as one of my characters gets to be in the picture too lol
You interested in that? Show me a character you don't mind getting a NSFW drawing of if so.
Note all my characters are male.

I will not do art class here 😄, but I do use up to I think 17 different pencils (I don’t mean colors, I mean different hardnesses) and then one can make a deep black thick line or a barely visible thin line a thousands of an inch wide (I exaggerate). But that’s me and I do not use any technology 😇😊🤭
A calligraphy pen does that all alone…

The thing is, you don’t please someone else, but if they like, they pay. That’s the thing about commissioning art. You do your art, not for anyone else (except if that one pays even more to get exactly what he wants). And if you think your art is not ready… don’t sell.
Yes it feels weird, I never did sell my art, I should have someone once said.
Yes you can do freebies, I’m not against. I think my little doe has already some NSFW in her gallery 😇
A price tag? Do same as other, look how much everyone asks and do same, don’t break the price.
