I need some help with the character I am working right which is described below. The character is alien being. I have been thinking that it might have one side of its body being one color and the other side of its body being another color. I keep thinking that this character is semihumanoid with tentacles in place of it having legs.
Right now I am stuck on what superpowers to give this character. I did at one think about this character having Cosmic Water Manipulation. If I go that route I might make this character have a body made of water. If it does have a body made out water then hit could be one of four aliens who possess the ability to manipulation one of the four elements at a cosmic level.
Physical Description: Flying into view is a gigantic, six armed semihumanoid male who possesses a well-built body that is appears that he is wearing armor that metallic ocean blue in color. Perhaps, more accurately, this armor is actually a part of his body. Instead o one side of body possessing a single head, he possesses four humanoid heads, each facing a distinct cardinal direction. Each head appears to be wearing a helmet that is metallic ocean blue, or to be more accurate, these helmets are indeed his head. Protruding from both sides of the top of each of his heads and extending down to the bottom of each of his heads is a huge fin reminiscent of a predatory fish. The three eyes are located on each head with the third eye situated in the center of its forehead. A purple-black light blazes forth from each of his eyes. Over each of his forearms, he wears a thick armored gauntlet that reaches almost to that arm’s elbow. All of his hands have five fingers and a thumb. It does not possess the legs of a humanoid; instead, it has ten monstrous tentacles.

It seems all going well, what is the key of your problem? I don’t think the coloring of skin.
You miss something? Like maybe the tentacles can form anything, like copying what your alien sees? It’s liquid and not, water can have all physical states, hard, liquid, gas. Play with it, morphing?

I am trying to figure out what powers to give this character. Cosmic water manipulation or combining my character with the character I made in Champions Online with this character are the two ways I keep thing of going with this character when it comes its powers.. If do it as a combination of the two character then the character get Bio-Stellar Energy Manipulation as one of its powers. If I go that route I need to change up its look which is partly based on the image posted below.

H2O is thought to be unalterable, it always returns to this stable physical state, but what if this alien can alter physical abilities of water, making that famous H3O2, for example. Hexagonal water. The possibilities are unendless, unlimited. Tremendous ideas can rise, you only need to research on different sorts of ‘water’. If that is not cosmic power… Water can give life and can destroy it, water is present in every living organism, it’s necessary.
If you give your alien a real ‘alien look’ with tentacles and stuff, why not try, watery tentacles, you can’t cut water unless frozen, you can heat up water but it always finds it’s way back together. Imagine high intelligent droplets of water, able to cut things like a laser. Your concept is cool, just go further in your thoughts about manipulating water, altering the atomic structure of water.
There’s even a weakness, microwaves, as these make water tremble and heat up.

I am based this character's appearance on how I would want look like like as an alien. I was trying to do something different is why I said Bio-Stellar Energy Manipulation.. That is do to the fact that tend to choose superpowers for my character that have do with water and ice a whole lot.

I think you have the solution, not one, but four characters, earth, fire, water and wind, no? And those four can be somehow related ….
I think than it’s obvious what power you give. You’ll only need to create wind and adapt the other two so that the four elements reunite (with help of the cosmic energy, fifth element).

If I go the route you mentioned I ready have a start on the the character that would possess the power to manipulate cosmic winds in my character Anemos Kurios (Lord of the Winds). The only thing that he is a human being though.

I see the worry you have, and it’s getting more and more complicated. You have quite a few characters that have different features, and the design of your newest comes too close to other, like the tentacles are same as for Zelkath and your wind is “only” human.
I think you’ll have to do a choice, maybe give arachnid legs to your new character or change completely. Maybe just forget all the links to other characters and just go for a new four-faced semi humanoid alien with monstrous tentacles… it’s up to you, honey☺️

Original Zelkath had the following the following. He possesses a towering stature and a vaguely humanoid form, exhibiting a well-built and muscular physique. A razor-sharp claw that has the appearance and the color of polished obsidian caps both of his hand's two fingers and thumb. Both of its feet have one forward-facing toe, one sideways-facing toe that faces to the left, one sideways toe that faces to the right, and one backward-facing toe. Each of its toes ends in a sharp, monstrous curved pitch-black talon of bone.
