I'm looking for something light-hearted overall, with potential angst sprinkled in for hurt/comfort.
PLOT
I have a few ideas for how we can approach this:

3rd person, descriptive paragraph. Typically short responses (5-10 lines / 175~ words), but always at least once piece of action to build off.
Typically responds within a day, updates if it'll be longer.
Plotting a must, OOC chitchat enjoyed.
No ghosting. I'll tell you if I can't continue and would appreciate the same (no explanations needed).

I have a few ideas for how we can approach this:

Normal MMO scenario where the OCs become friends, supporting each other from a distance. Could discover they know each other in real like but never really interact.
Trapped in an MMO, needing to find a way out.
Only one player got Isekai'd into the MMO, while the other is helping them escape from the outside.
Normal MMO player meets sentient NPC (maybe mob monster) and becomes friends.
Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Modern
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is desired but not required, and will balance evenly with other plot.
Details: Freeform, concise post-length, short-term RP partner preferred.
Hey there! I like the sound of this, if you're okay with anthros.
The first idea could be fun with a lot of my characters.
1. My primary sona, Jooters would be good here, as he fits well into anything due to his sheer level of flexibility. He's just a nice, sweet guy with a bubbly personality.
2. Maybe if it's a sort of MMO directed more towards children as was common in the 2000s or so, my Cute Trio would work well. I especially would enjoy using the shy bunny Tommy.
3. Tetris is a loser gamer. He does loser gamer things, like devote his life to an MMO. Maybe he finds his dream gamer girl gf?
4. Thomas could be interesting. He has a somewhat different personality online than IRL, so if they knew each other irl but never interacted, maybe your oc could be shocked to see how different he is?
5. Similar to the Cute Trio one, maybe we can have another children's MMO, but have an RP where it ends up with the parents getting together, specifically featuring my overworked dad oc Cole and his son Axel?
6. For the trapped one, I could mainly see Tetris or Jooters. However, I also am thinking maybe Joot's dad, Adam? Adam could use his military experience to fight his way out of the game. Tetris would work well for that rp too, having a loser gamer boy have to man up to be like the characters in the game, while making use of his video game knowledge.
I'm not too sure about the other two, but those are the ideas I got! ^w^
