Hiii, new and trying to make my character profile pretty. I've had a look to see if anyone else has asked and got the answer, but the one post I saw didn't have the explanation for fixing it.

Try the legacy uploader? I... Think that's the solution. I always use it and don't seem to have any issues.
What Cryptic said. The only thing I’ll add is make sure the image is square before up loading. It helps.
