Welcome to RPR! I think I've seen a couple Danish writers around, but I don't know if they're still playing. It's definitely worth asking around in other forums about, though!
I also love detail-oriented scenes and plot, but I don't do a lot of roleplay lately because it's a lot of social pressure and I hate letting people down. I'm trying to get back into writing fanfiction on a schedule, so maybe I'll get into more scheduled writing soon, but for now I stick to the events on the site (like Summer Soiree, Halloween, etc.) that you should check out as they occur seasonally, they're a good way to meet people!
You can also go into recent Kudos and snoop around on people's profiles to see if they fit your requirements and seem to be open to RP requests.
Be sure to check out Groups, and the forum "General Roleplay", or the "Looking for RP" function, when you get a bit settled in and ready to explore! Have a good time!
