Hello! I'm Jīn and I'm obviously new as the title says. I've been interested in RP but have never managed to break into it properly. I never really found any spaces that would let me play characters I wanted! The PaperDemon ARPG is something like what I wanted, but it's an art RPG, not a proper roleplay, as much as I do like it. 😅
My characters tend to ping to most as fantasy-like (my current one is a lightning elemental Quetzalcoatlus pterosaur! I've had water elemental birds and dragons in the past too) but I'm not that interested in high fantasy settings, so I'm a little lost! I would appreciate any advice from more experienced old guards, haha.
Other than that, I'm a character illustrator, pixel artist, musician, and I'm slowly breaking my way into hobbyist writing. It's quite fun just making things happen without having to worry about anatomy and perspective! I'm quite excited to learn more about this site and RP in general. 😊
