Raised between Paris tutors and the untamed Texas frontier, Beatrice is beautiful, sharp-tongued, wildly independent, and far less proper than the aristocracy expected from the only woman in Britain to hold a duchy entirely in her own name. As nobles, fortune hunters, and powerful families compete for her attention during lavish balls, countryside hunts, and private house parties, your character could become tangled in her new world—whether as someone meant to court her, someone who distrusts her American upbringing, or the one person who sees past the title and the rumors surrounding the girl with golden eyes and far too much freedom for English society’s liking.
Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.

Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
