This is a post for all those that love that little doe, for all that hate her, pass by without reading, thank you.

In France exists an expression "Sous toutes les coutures", which means literally "under every seem".
From all angle is the right translation, BUT!!, here the seem are very correct.

Because after a long waiting time, some nerve-wrecking delivery problems, today I have her in my hands.

From today on I can cuddle my little doe Lizbeth Redwood.
I'm not 100% satisfied, but those very small details will not represent a big problem to anyone creative enough to rectify.
Here are the first pictures. Lizbeth arrived naked, but I got her some clothing already (PG-13 obliged) and it fits very well (9-12 month baby clothes, with a seem opened at one place):

I wondered if she would be a ball-jointed doll! Cuddly is better tho!

The dress can be changed as she arrived, well, naked…. And she’s just for cuddling. She could be snuggle-therapist.

But to return to the purpose of this thread.

First I want to show you how Mixpixi sees my doe.


Such a tenderness. Mixpixi made this one while her drawing tablet was broken (if I remember well), an aquarelle I fell in love with instantly, she represents so well that harmless lovely doe.

What a well-crafted plush! I wonder if American girl doll clothing would also fit her, or maybe build-a-bear clothes? Adorable nonetheless.
Also, I am honestly very curious- if you're comfortable sharing, who did you commission her from? Was it an independent artist or a company?

I'm glad you like my art! Drawing tablet continues to be broken.. I've been using my Ipad to draw lately.

I won one of the free slots for sketch of one's character, and I do not regret. Here my little doe is just represented with that life and positiveness she has inside of her, I do like the style (as I do sketch myself, when I find some time).

Still some artists to go, but first 'Cuddle-Lizbeth' got a little face-lift.
No, she didn't get some surgery, nor a botox injection.

Zaade, with his specific style, could express that calm tenderness of Lizbeth, just her relaxing in the grass, that fluffy tail so important for that doe. Zaade wanted to draw Lizbeth with one of his characters, I said ok, but then came out this solo of my doe. Anyway, should there once be a pic of her with one of his characters, it will not be published...

To all artists on RPR, yes I do look your art, and sometimes it happens that on just flashes on a precise art style.
This happened to me as I browsed Esoterica's art.

The result:


Lizbeth with a glitch... Yes she's that adorable deer everybody knows, yes she's harmless and full of life. Yet lies underneath her skin a dark, very painful history, that history that shaped this deer. And I was just enchanted by the way how Esoterica got Lizbeth so 'im'perfect, flawed by a haunting past, almost at breakdown at any moment.
