What does a closed forum mean? Just wondering seeing as I have seen them everywhere.
Does it mean that no one is playing now? Or does it mean that there is enough players so no one else can join?

I'm assuming you're talking about topics that have the (Closed) tag in the title.
These are indeed roleplays where nobody else can join because there are enough players.
In some cases it can mean that the RP also finished, but generally it just means the game is full up.
It's worth checking out the topics all the same, sometimes they're closed but people can still be invited. Kind of depends on how people run it!
