Anyone know by chance if one can Gift Epicness to another member directly, or if it must be bought first for your own account, then gifted?
I know DA has a system like that, but cannot find any options when buying a Month of Epicness to in fact have it given to another member and not myself.
Ideas? Soulutions? Answers?

There are several ways to accomplish this.
Firstly, you can go to the person's profile, and then click the "Give (their name here) a gift" option in the list of links under their icon. This will bring you to the store, but with that person as the target of your shopping expedition.
Secondly, you can go directly to the store. Instead of clicking on "add to cart", click the picture of the item that you want to gift. This will bring up the item description, where you get more details about what that item will do. There are also two button on this page: "Add to cart" and "Give to someone else." Clicking "Give to someone else" will let you go through the process of specifying what character, group or user you want to purchase the item for.
And of course, you can always just purchase the object yourself, then give it to someone else before using it.
