So Aeon is an old character of mine, based obviously on Aeon from soul calibur, and I've had quite a few ideas for him for a while, but never really got the chance to play them. I ask my partners to be able to give quality work, not so much quantity (I don't care if it's three lines as long as I can work off of it and vice versa.) with that out of the way...
Idea 1:
The apocalypse is happening. I don't care what it is but it's happening and things are going to hell and back. You're character is an emergency personal, be it police, doctor, firefighter, or military, and are escorting a group of citizens to shelter. Amongst the group is Aeon, at the back. Now here is the variable part, depending on the style of apocalypse you somehow see Aeon's face. Mammalian gene mutations are common, even a trend now, but reptilian mixes have never been seen, so Aeon is viewed as a monster. Free play from there. Help or attack him. Your choice.
Idea 2:
Just basic post apocalypse. Go out into the wasteland and survive. In this one Aeon is a sniper amongst the ruins of New York City. Your character and him don't meet for a long time, but exchange words via notes left behind for each other, be it on a billboard or You leave one for Aeon under your pillow every night and he leaves one for you for when you wake up. Either way Aeon is your guardian angel in a world where moral grounds seems impossible to find.
Idea 3:
Now here is the long one.
This uses idea 1 or 2 but the world setting is kinda already in place. The apocalypse type is biowarfare. In the future North Korea's leader has had a metal dome built over the entire country to seal out outsiders. Within its confines though the emperor has had his people develop a new weapon. A living weapon known as the DRAC. They were created using stolen data from the project that transformed Aeon. They did not acquire all of the data and so they are incomplete versions of him. This did not mean they were any less of weapons though, having the same regeneration rate, fire breath, given high adaptability qualities, and scales to hard to pierce via conventional weapons. The DRAC look like green scaled, short necked, western dragons. Having been developed and nearing deployment date, some broke free and wreaked havoc. These few tore the site apart and freed all the others. The dome soon became a cage for those within.
(Que idea ones concept. Being the perfected form, Aeon is capable of going head to head. Does he want to? No way! But let's make situations where his moral jerks him to.)
Five years passed, with no information being leaked back. All attempts to send someone in ended in failure as anyone who entered was quickly killed by the beasts within. Eventually one broke out, pregnant and hungry. It broke out on the east side, flying straight out till it reached America where it gave birth. The saving grace is that DRAC breed as slow as humans, though that didn't stop them long as more escaped and joined to spread over the world in a slow, lethal, take over. They ate everything in sight, plants, animals, people. Eventually the world was left barren. Mankind still survives though. Underground in New York City two groups of people live. Raiders, as all good apocalypses have, and survivors, hardy people who live in a hole Created by a mutant variation of DRAC. Aeon watches over these people from above, with a sniper in hand, taking down raiders who he sees attacking others, or killing DRAC, being nicknamed the watchman by the locals. It was found, thanks to Aeon, in the later part of the apocalypse, that the DRAC have three weaknesses. Their eyes and inside their mouth are soft, and can be shot, cut, gutted, but due to their healing factor your hits must be good. Firing a bullet through there eye is the best way. It ricochets around inside from there own outside scales and bones causing a single bullet decimates. The second is their teeth. Their teeth are perfect cutting tools, able to cut near anything, even DRAC scales and bones. The last weakness is water. Yes water. DRAC are only 30% water and so are highly susceptible to water poisoning (yes that is an actual thing.) Two average glasses of water would probably do it for a 10ft tall DRAC.
(This point in time is far after, the post-apocalypse. Nearly three hundred to four hundred years later. Food is sparse to most but in the city DRAC are hunted as food thanks to Aeon. Your character is new to the city, be it wandering or lead in by the rumours. Either way I will be playing the survivors /raiders more often then Aeon, so no matter how awesome and important Aeon sounds in this, your character and the citizens of New York would be the main characters in this rp.)

Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
