Yeah... Probably over done, but yeah. This will be filled with ZERO SPOILERS, so anyone can join. This will be titled "Fallout: Lakeshore" taking place on the coast of Lake Michigan in Chicago, IL! There will be five factions:
1. Da Bears- A group of soldiers who's base is actually in Soldier feild, they are an acting government and "Bear Guards" are posted in each city. Some may find this faction as controlling and corrupt, others see them as a salvation from Raiders.
2. Land Sharks- A Mercinary group who have taken over the Shedd Aquarium near Museum City. They are very different from Raiders and Bandits, able to be hired by anyone but still report back to the Land Shark home base when they finish their assignment.
3. The Katana Guild- A group of underground fighters who are obsessed with "bear slaying", killing Da Bears and proving that they are just out for control and not protecting at all.
4. Bandits- Normal Raiders who just show up and kill anyone who they want!
5. The Ascended- The classic Green alien men from above, their flying saucer crashed in south Lakeshore, if you were to find they they would "test" you and if you were a "prime subject" and give you special weapons for doing tasks against mankind. The Katana Guild and Da Chicago Bears both hate the Ascended and hunt them when they aren't hunting each other.
There are also going to be a hand full of settlement cities such as the five big ones:
1. Ferris Pier- A settlement built on the dock of the navy pier, a collapsed ferris wheele sits in the middle of the city.
2. Sleeping Tower- The Sears Tower ((Willis Tower)) has fallen over after the nuclear blasts and a large settlement has been forged inside the collapsed building. It is the largest settlement on the Lakeshore!
3. Museum City- Dinosaur bone weapons and old shogun armor are sold by merchants who all live in the exhibits of the museum! A pretty well fortified city as well. Many Ghoul's live here.
4. Vault 318- A Vault in the western suburbs of Chicago, built into a hill on the other side of a Riverwalk. The people inside are skeptical about outsiders but still open up for traders.
5. Lincoln Park Zoo- In the northern area of Lake Shore is the Lincoln Park Zoo, a city built into exhibits of the zoo. But the city has fell on hard times, super mutants from the north continue to bumbard the city.
Mothership- In addition to the five cities the Mothership is a giant crashed alien ship in the south side of Chicago! Mostly Aliens live here but there are a few human traders who have shops and stuff.

Further future, perhaps visit mars or upload your brain
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
