well im bored and wanted to see how many other neko characters and players would like to rp... i mean you dont have to be a neko... you could be any character you want really, but i wanted this to be a group kind of thing so if i start a message be aware i will possibly be adding people. i don't really have a plot... manly just improvising
Magic is rare, but not unheard of. Mundane characters may or may not believe in it. Magical characters may form small and exclusive pockets for study, protection, etc.
