(I am an amateur writer currently worker on a novel and have decided to start writing short stories and poems for the month of October. I just wanted a public opinion on my art and though I'm not very good at it I hope you won't judge too harshly...I thought this forum was only for artists because that's all I saw on this page...without further delay my first story/poem for the month of October.)
I once told him that love was blind so he gave me his eyes.
I once told him that my heart was his and he gave me his own.
I once was told that true lovers would die for each other and that's what he did.
I once told him that I'd die for him
And dead I am.
We where once told that love was eternal, never before had we found a statement so true.
I once heard a voice say that our love was true, they where right.
I once said that I loved him and he loved me...only now sitting upon our own graves do I know see...I once was loved...and now I am still .
