So, thanks to my own incompetence and a bit of technological skulduggery, my desktop is all nice and gummed up. My monitor says that it's out of range, my graphics card drivers refuse to reinstall, and my computer thinks that trying to recognize the device is a task it can't complete because of "access denied" or some such nonsense. So, because I tried fixing it when it's broke and because I'm such a klutz, I'm having to post for the next (hours? days? weeks? I hope not months!) on my RPs with you. I'm having to use a very old laptop with a very poor internet connection, so try to bear with me here. Hopefully, this will be fixed by tech wizards from parts unknown soon and I can get back to gracing you with my presence for uncomfortable amounts of time.

Hooray and hurrah, it seems this problem was solved much sooner than expected. I've both a working monitor and installed graphics drivers now, and no one even had to get hurt!
