I was excited, I had loved swimming just as much, and swimming with friends is something I have never really actually done. I imagine it'd be much fun. "I'd have to go out to town and buy a pair of swimwear first," I said while gesturing to my trenchcoat. "I'd rather have something to swim in other than this haha." I finished up my toast and eggs and downed my milk. I made a satisfied "Ahh." After finishing. "Care to make a quick run into town with me to tell them and to pick up what we need?"

Anthony

'Alright hun, I'll be back to take your orders.' The waitress had said. "How about the Crepes? Crepes are good and are a nice sweet treat. Or are you in for more savory foods..?"

Corrine nodded, putting away her dishes. “I need a swimsuit too, I never even thought about bringing one.” She stuck out her elbow and smiled, “Shall we?” She asked, laughing.

Celes didn’t know what he was talking about.”What are Crepes?” She asked.

I smiled. "We shall!" I said getting up and taking her hand. I had 8 dollars left. I'd have to ask Anthony for some more on the way out. Where could they be though?

Anthony

"A crepe is like a thin pancake, usually filled with some kind of cream or cheese or other sweet things like fruit." The lady came back with our drinks. I fixed my coffee and told her I wanted a ham and cheese omelet. I took a sip and waited for Celes to order.

Celes smiled.”Can I have a mushroom and Swiss omelet please.” She said.

Corrine walked with Matt to the town. She looked over to him, "I have money too, let me buy your swimsuit."

Matt

This was awkward for me. A woman paying for the man? Sure I didn't have the money...but it was out of place. "If that's truly what you desire..." I said with a nervous laugh. I wasn't comfortable with this situation, but money wise, it made sense. "Ok." I said a little more casually. We walked around and eventually came across a clothing store. I opened the door for her and we walked in. It was clothing galore. Every woman's paradise.

Anthony

"Ahh, mushroom and swiss. Good choice. However I don't like mushrooms, but it's a popular combo nonetheless." I laughed. "How does this food compare to bat food?" I took a sip of coffee. "What a quaint little place." I had said, looking around at the diner's atmosphere. The whole town had that feeling to it. Old and rustic, with all the modern amenities.

Corrine playfully rolled her eyes, "Relax, my family isnt exactly poor."
She walked into the clothing store, walking straight to the swimsuits.

He got up and got dressed, then went to his classroom"Alright! Time to get ready"

Matt

"I didn't say you were, its just where I lived, everything was provided by the men...it's just odd for me." I looked at swim trunks. I picked out some simple black trunks. Blue and yellow would have been preferred, however there was a minute selection. I continued looking around at the other clothes while Corrine shopped.

"I know that's not what you meant." She responded, giving him a small smile. She picked out a light blue bikini with an intricate white pattern. She walked up to the cashier, motioning Matt over and paying for their things.

He got a message on his phone, It was from his daughters phone but she didn't sent it. It read"Hello Jonas. Rose says she will miss you."below it was a picture of his daughter, Rose, tied to a chair. She had her head tilted back, revealing a slit throat.

He felt like his heart had just been crushed... he stood there, staring at his phone screen"Rose... ROSE"he screamed. He fell to his knees"Rose..."

Matt

I took my trunks over to the counter. I pulled out my last few dollars and gave it over to her. It wasn't enough to cover everything, but it was enough to have put me at ease. "We still need to get the food and any other miscellaneous items we may need." I told her.

She nodded, adding Matt’s money to hers and splitting the cost of the swimsuits, “We can find Anthony and Celes first and see what they think we should get.”

Celes smiled.”It’s not just bats we eat!” She said.”I’ve been trying to tell you that. Also it isn’t a good idea to anger a princess.” She said crossing her arms and looking around as well.

Matt

We finished up in the store and got our items off the counter. I held mine draped over my arm. "Hmmm. Where could they be?" I said. "I didn't see Anthony in the mess hall. Maybe he went out to eat?" I suggested. "We could look."

Anthony

I giggled. "Yeah...okk" I said taking another long sip of coffee. "I won't anger you anymore," I said, crossing my arms in a teasing sort of way.

Celes saw the crossing arm teasing thing.”Stop teasing me.” She pouted cutely.

Asteroth noticing it’s mid morning gets dressed in his usual attire and goes downstairs to get himself a cup of coffee.”well today I had better explore the school a bit maybe even make a new friend or two along the way. Asteroth says in his head”
