When writing something on RpR, you should see a tiny picutre of a tree in the toolbar above the textbox. Click it and paste the link in, then press ok. The original file has to end in .Gif or else it won't show.

The problem is the link you'd like to use. All you've linked is to google's entry of the image, you don't have a direct link to the image itself (you'll know it's a direct link if it ends in .gif). I'm not actually entirely sure if pinterest allows hotlinking, so this might break in a few minutes:
If you'd like to use that image, you're probably best physically saving it to your own harddrive and uploading it to your character's gallery and using that link, or otherwise hosting it on a file-sharing website like imgur. If you hotlink to pinterest or another person's source, if that source gets taken down you lose it.
