"Awe, so you like me?" He teleported next to her, pinched her butt, and teleported back to where he was. "Youre so cute."
Nara flinched and blushed." Do that again and I will fry you."
"If it bothered you, you wouldnt have liked it!" He stuck is tongue out at her. "So, i was thinking. We need to be like, fighting crime or something. If spider man can do it, we can! And besides, we killed Godzilla! We should get the key to japan for that or something." He added thoughtfully.
Nara huffed." Yeah, we deserve a nice gold star for that." Her voice dripped with sarcasm as she turned away.
"Im glad you feel the same way. But what do you think? We could by the DyManic due!" He chuckled.
"I'm not a hero. I'm a science experience."
"Well so am I. And I like to think im a hero!" Hanzo countered
"Then go be a hero. Heros shouldn't hang around me." She pulled off the door of the garage and set it aside.
"Why not?" He asked. He crossed his arms and leaned against the counter "Why dont you want anything good in your life?" Hanzo asked.
Nara stopped for a moment." Cuz nothing good will come of it. I cause trouble. I do not stop it." She said, quoting what one of the scientist had said after she woke up.
"Well, you stopped godzilla. And you stopped me from killing that one guy. Seems to me like you can stop all the trouble you want too. Except when someone says you would be a good person for it." Hanzo said, quoting himself.
Nara stood but kept her back to him." Why do you want me to change? You want me to be something I shouldn't."
"Se, right there. You did it again. You wouldnt have a problem if i said you were a worthless piece of trash, but if i say youre beautiful, or a good person, you act like i insulted you." Hanzo said deeply. "I dont get it. If i never said anything, you would have no problem helping people in similar situations as you. But i give you praise and its a bad thing?" He raised his hands in the air, exasperated. "I dont know what im going to do with you."
"Why don't you just leave me alone? You don't have to deal with me then." She kept her head down as she proceeded to walk right past him to her room. She didn't want him to see her teary eyes.
"Im not giving up on you, you know?" He teleported in front of her. He extended his hand to her. "Come with me?"
Nara stopped but didn't look up." I grew up like this. How can you change this?"
"Come with me?" He asked again.
Nara looked up at him, tears falling down her cheeks." Why do you want to help me?"
"Because youre so sad all of the time." He took her hand and teleported her to a beach. It was sunset and the colors were beautiful. Golds and purples were reflecting off the water, making it look like a magnificent painting. "When you look at this, what do you see?" He asked softly, letting go of her hand.
She looked." The sun setting." She wiped her tears away.
