It has been a few years since the Joker was last seen which meant that Gotham City had assumed he was dead. Batman continued to fight crime and help the police. When all the big-time criminals like The Riddler and Penguin were in Arkham Asylum the time had come for the clown prince of crime to make his return. But instead of being greeted by Batman he was met by a new hero, someone who had been trained by Batman for this moment. Will he able to defeat this hero and turn the city into a chemical wonderland?
