How do you go back to posts you've followed without receiving a notification from them? I followed a post that no one's replied to apparently xD
On the home page, you can click the pencil next to "Subscribed Topics" to see a list of said topics and edit the list or just view them. That link is in the sidebar, or toward the bottom if you're on mobile. 
Alternatively, go to (Your username) > Accounts Settings and then choose "Forum Topic Subscriptions" in the sidebar.
