I have been reading Ghost Sword System and the soul possesion pirate light novels. They are about someone dies gets reincarnated into the one piece world and has a system that makes them powerful. My character will be reborn as Sophia Lyonheart; who has a system called the Soul Skill System. If given enough money, she can purchase Skills from any legend or character from any world(Naruto, bleach, black clover, Persona, etc.). When she gets reborn, she is a poor girl and accidentally meets one of the important characters while, she was singing a song from her world and gets his attention(be it Dragon, Zorro, crocodile or someone else.)
Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Industrial revolution
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
Romance is expected but not required, and will be accompanied by other plot.
