There she stood, hiding under a canopy in a nearby park that shielded her from the pouring rain.This was most certainly not her ideal situation, she wasn’t wearing the warmest clothes, and the rain felt freezing. Groaning, she sat down on a bench under the canopy and checked her phone. At least it was fully charged. For a few moments she thought about calling an uber or a taxi, before realizing the traffic today was off the hook. She stamped one of her feet on the ground in frustration, only to get herself wet. Today couldn’t have gotten any worse. Finally after a few moments, the young woman decided to sprint over to the coffee shop nearby in order to stay warm and not catch a cold. Once she had made it across the street, she opened the door and the smell of coffee hit her like a truck. She looked around for a few moments before spotting a beautiful looking stranger at a table all by themselves... should she say hi?
