Hi! I'm new to this website and am looking for an RP partner for a Modern Fantasy/Adventure/Thriller/ Romance RP! I would be playing as my character Noelle Wilder, a teenager who is obsessed with the paranormal and dreams of being a paranormal investigator.
The basic plot I have in mind is that Noelle and y/c are paired up for a school project, where they have to make a presentation about an aspect of their town's history. They decide to do theirs on the town's urban legends (of which it has many) and choose to make a short film about it, thereby becoming amateur paranormal investigators. However, unbeknownst to Noelle, y/c is a supernatural creature themself, and after the two characters become friends, they begin intentionally steering Noelle in the wrong direction to protect her from the more...dangerous beings in the town. Noelle begins to get suspicious of y/c's behaviour and then...well, we can see where things go from there! Of course, this is just a base for the RP, I'm more than willing to discuss other ideas:)

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
Modern
A peaceful setting, but with a chance for small fights and struggles to break out on a very small scale.
Romance will be a major feature of this plot.
