Etairos is like a guardian angel, he is fairly new in the gods eyes since he only appeared when Humans became... Humans.
If your character is a god or deity, maybe some kind of religious figure, Etairos is mysteriously sent by someone to help you. Help you with what, he doesn't know, all he knows is he wants to help you and make you happy.
If your character is Mortal, than Etairos was sent to assist them in their biggest goal, or to help them overcome a problem. This could range from sensitive topics to them wanting to be known.
