So, this would involve a new set of OCs I am writing up. The idea is, it's a country the size of the state of the state of Virginia, approximately. The inhabitants are ranging from average joes to supernatural figures. However, people disappear every night, and it is not as perfect as it seems... A criminal underground thrives, and the leader is a ruthless tyrant. While he does not outwardly create propaganda and allows his subjects to think for themselves, any advances against him will be punished with something much more severe than death. Are you willing to enter this world?
