Hello!
I have gave some new fellas a welcome and suddenly I realized that I got a rainbow accolade.
But how do I get it to be shown on my profile? And can I use this item for anything else?

Heya! The welcomer accolades are handed out at the end of the month, where it'll be automatically displayed on your profile. Accolades are usually just for show, but IIRC the rainbow celtic knots (19+ welcomes) can be exchanged for exclusive items every so often at Moa's campfire - a temporary addition to the site's marketplace. The items she sells can also be bought with cash.

Edit - they can also be exchanged via Moa for greyscale versions seen here!

So, in the end it's:
Display them
Or
Trade them?
Did I got that right?

And, yeah, I have the rainbow one (19+). Can I also get the ones for 3+ ?

That's correct. You can also collect the 3-7 and 8-18 accolades separately, but to do that you'll need to stay within the range of the one you want until the next month comes, because if you go above you'll only get the next rank.
