Grnt (played by Papa_ApplePie)

Everyone knows the kingdom Sasoriss and her mighty army of Royal knights. But many visit it now to see it in a fallen state. The Building are nothing but rubble and all distorted. The castle on its high walls missing half its form. From her gates you can nearly see every room inside. Even the throne room. Yet the tale is that Sasoriss fell because a great mountain so angry moved itself to the front gates, and took its mighty blade of earth and bone; sweeping the history of Sasoriss from the earth. Yet no one knows why a black shriveled hunched body still sits on the throne. It oozes black sludge and smells of rot. Yet all around the kingdom blooms in the most beautiful of flowers and brush.
Many travelers come to see, and explore for treasures. And some come to try and break the curse of Sasoriss. For on the back of the throne reads.

"The sword of earth and bone will sweep again another kingdom once the rot has spread"

Any knights that have gone near or touched the body have become inhumane. Aggressive, weak, and betrayed ones they've loved through slaughter. The dark rot of the corpse only spreads larger with time.
Can you find the secretes of Sasoriss and break the rots spread from the corpse before all knights it touches turn on their kingdoms and raise the great mountain that flattened Sasoriss long ago.
Varen Dominal (played by darkborn202)

Varen scrambled up a large fallen column, and examines the scene in front of him.

A large, ornate building- clearly the palace- looms in front of him. The walls are covered with plants, and there are broken pillars here and there. Overall, however, the place still seems to retain a royal serenity. Perhaps it's the birds singing, granting the place a fitting song to tell of it's wonders. Maybe it's because the sun is shining down gloriously, bathing the grand ruins with light. Either way, Varen seems to stand out like a spot of dirt on a white dress, dressed in black against this backdrop of sunny nature. Or, at least, that's what Varen thinks.

Varen frowned as he examined the palace. He'd finally found the entrance- he could see the palace's grand doors- but he found it on his own, without the help of any shadows. And that was worrisome. Normally, they would be eager to help Varen. But the shades inhabiting these ruins seemed sullen and bitter, a dark undercurrent to a beautiful place.

As he approached the doors to the palace, he could see that the doors had holes in it, and vines crawling up the door. That was to be expected, knowing how old these doors were. Varen placed his hands on the door, and pushed them open.

Sunlight poured through the opening, but that was all the brightness did. The interior of the palace was vastly different from the outside. Not a sound came from these dark and gloomy halls, save for the echoing footsteps of Varen's coming. The sunlight reached only so far, before being plunged into shadows, obscuring any normal adventurer's sight. Varen was no normal adventurer, however; he was a shadowmancer.

He approached the throne, he could see the rotting, corrupted bones of the king sitting on what was his seat of power. Now, all it is is a tomb for the king, a casket for the curse he carries. And it was the curse, that evil darkness, that drew Varen to these ruins.

As he came closer to the throne, he could feel the pressure coming off from the corruption. Elyzia did too. With a quiet hiss in his ear, she quite literally forced him to a stop. Don't go closer... It's evil, it will corrupt you. Her voice whispered to him. A voice that seemed scared, desperate, and committed- committed to keeping her beloved master away from it's influence.
