((This roleplay is a tad complex, but the basic gist it you will need a character above or below ground prior to the start of the roleplay (Both if you have 2 characters you want to use, although make sure you don't get into a loop of having two characters talk to each other). Basically if you put a character underground, imagine how that character will change physically and mentally over the course of 5 years through fear of starvation, being slaughtered, or other unpleasant things happening to them then promptly apply it to their current profiles. Mortals/power limited characters only, Combat will be done via dice 1-3 means miss,4-5 will be lightly or moderately injured, 6 will mean fatally injured (Note this will not mean instantly dead), attach the dice roll to attacks as they come, things like machine guns or rapid stabbing are not allowed due to a lack of a work around.))

Time is a interesting factor, not a lot people factor it in when they plan for their futures, of course one cannot blame them for that as technically the future never existed. However as time continues forward, rather unexpected events happen, some can be good, however due to the shock or surprise factor, most might not be as such, and can have unexpected turns in one's plans or being. Take the underground city of Fallkirk, once a thriving place where many people prospered and lived in happiness, now, after a currently unknown set of events, is left a shadow of it's former self, many buildings have either collapsed or have turned to shells from flames, most of the original population having either fell victim to the original 'incident' or being killed by other survivors. Why would other survivors kill others? Well it's quite simple, shortly after the events that destroyed most of Fallkirk, the building and elevator that led to the city was sealed off, which single handily caused supplies in Fallkirk to plummet, leaving the survivors with a single question "What would we eat?" all it took was the actions of a single less than sane survivor to answer that question, soon cannibalism had became not only common, but accepted, and it wasn't long before people began to hunt one another only to survive.

While things may seem bleak for Fallkirk, at the very least it can just remain until everyone dies out correct? Wrong, it is found out on the surface that something important was missed during the initial closing and cover up of Fallkirk, a single box deep within Fallkirk's many levels and within it's deep tunnels was important enough to send a help wanted ad to any available adventurers/mercenaries, the reward for bringing back this box despite the high risk of death and danger printed in fine print on the ad? $5,000,000.

You don't really need a human character, although a humanoid or anthro would be preferred due to the combat involved.
