Yahanda is a central-African country with a diverse culture and wildlife - accented by the unique structures and beautiful landscapes that boast dense jungles and vast savannas. Alas, the nation is locked in a brutal civil war.
Only money and connections will get you out of this country - but you're a soldier of fortune, you breathe the aeration of war and you're ready to be paid in conflict diamonds just for that.
You hear about the troubles in Yahanda, a lawless land war-torn between many warring factions battling each other for supremacy, a haven for warlords, mercenaries, bandits and freedom fighters alike - all willing to risk their lives in pursuit of fortune, power or glory... In this land, which holds great danger and even greater opportunities, you believe you may leave your past behind and start a new life with the experience already under your belt. You feel that whatever course you take, great adventures await you.
You meet under the banner of 36 Commando led by that of Theodore Miller, the uncertain people of this wretched city respond to your presence with a sullen depravity in their eyes, though not without hope - not without wonder.
Okay so, you will play the role of a mercenary in a country reminiscent of the Congo in 1966.

It's set with locations, factions, important characters and a linear storyline where "episodes" have been planned in which you can develop your character. Wartime/soldier RPs. Combat is a given and will likely be graphic, but there's the potential for non-combat "in the trenches" scenes. World War 2, Vietnam, etc.
Details: Occasional dice use, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
