This Looking For RP topic is marked as closed, meaning it is no longer seeking new players.
One of the best groups I have ever been into was a Marvel AU where all the main characters (superheroes, sidekicks, mates, etc.) ranged from 16 to 20 something years old. So I was wondering if anyone would be interested in doing something along those lines.
The heroes who have superpowers would be learning how to control them, and the ones who rely on training/technology would be still developing the skills necessary. Both Canon characters and OC would be welcomed. It is not necessary to have an extensive knowledge of the Marvel Universe to play. Just the basics.
This group of talented people came together by chance, and want to organize themselves to make the world safer, however, they still have to go to school, find a job and deal with their hormones. Keep in mind the idea here is to have a group of struggle heroes wannabes, not to have any invincible super character around.
As for writing style, the only thing I consider crucial is to have at least one paragraph per answer. No one-liners. This could be either a 1x1 RP our if there are more people interested, we could make a group.

Magic is common.
Further future, perhaps visit mars or upload your brain
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
