Street-Is really good at corners and driving during city.It can also good on the highway,and if the driver is good enough,they can beat a Perfect spec car.
Dirt-Can go both road and off road,making it perfect for cross-country
Perfect-Has a very high top speed,and it's really good on Highway
Raid-Perfect for going at that the unknown territory,and for breaking other cars.

Yup,you just got to choose a spec the car your going to use
Perfect is for highway,and have a higher speed than a street spec
Raids is have and bulky,but and take a of damage
Bikes can take turns tighter
Planes are harder to control but gives you a bird eyes view.
Boats go through certain shortcuts due to them being on the water
