Hey! So I'm new here, and my inbox is dead. I have some ideas for Medieval Romance RPs. I'm completely fine with any length of responses, as I personally have trouble writing lengthy paragraphs. However, please try to refrain from only one-liners. I also find that good grammar makes roleplaying more enjoyable.
Anyways, now to the plots! (I'm using my character Aspen Amherst. He's a prince and you can read more about him on his page.)
Plot 1: (MxF)
A war is looming between Alvador and Y/C's kingdom. Aspen's father is desperate, knowing that a marriage could be their savior. Aspen is dreading the day that he has to meet his bride (Y/C), but what happens when he falls in love? What will Y/C do? Will the love even be reciprocated?
Plot 2: (MxM)
Battle is raging between Alvador and a longtime rival. Aspen sneaks out of his castle and joins the war. He is sent to raid the enemy camp, but is caught by Y/C and is taken captive by Y/C. There might be a spark, but who knows if it'll ever grow?
If you're interested, lmk! If none of these appeals to you but the topic does, I'm open to other plots as well. I'm kinda a sucker for romance though...

Magic is rare. Some of the players might have it. There may be sages or other magical figures that could be sought out for tutelage.
Iron age
Combat is expected as part of the storyline but it won't dominate the plot.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
