From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I could probably scribble out 50k for Nano, and not get close to expressing all there is to say about Echo.
Get them going, and they'll throw the cutest, cheesiest ideas to fill you with a sense of overwhelming adoration for their well thought out characters with prose to satisfy the daydreams.

Echo deserves much more kudos, especially given the fact that they are such a great friend to have and a wonderful writer. I've been roleplaying with Echo for months, and we currently have two RPs together, which are such a joy to read and create replies for. The ideas that we can create OOC together are great, and even when having a hard time with replies, they understand if you need a break or just need some help! Echo tries their best to respect boundaries, no matter what. They are very kind and understanding, and a rare trait to have, is if they don't understand something, they'll ask questions until they do, rather than getting upset or walking away. They're very helpful and I always see them on the intro boards making new members feel welcomed.
We've started an RP, and I hope we have a good long one when one of us (me) stops dragging their butt and starts replying.

Echo was one of the people I had the privilege of meeting when I made it onto the site. I was blessed to have them be the first person I roleplayed with on the site as they are the most compassionate, understanding, and amazing person I have met. If you ever have the opportunity to roleplay with Echo, take it. You will never regret roleplaying with an individual as devoted, agreeable, eager, and creative as them. I've been roleplaying with Echo for quite a while now, and I've been enjoying our roleplay immensely. Sometimes I'd disappear for a few days or a week, but what always put a smile on my face was the way they were always there when I eventually came back. They're a quick responder, kind, forgiving, and thoughtful. I'm glad I got the chance to have them as a friend. Good job, Echo. Just you keep typing.
