From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

I have been in a roleplay with Lord Cegorach for almost a year now and it has been absolutely delightful. His posts are quite lengthy, very well thought out and a treat to read. He has also been a very courteous partner, never leaving me wondering for too long about what is going on which considering the amount of ghosting we encounter at times is immensely appreciated. Okay—I just started an RP with this guy and I wanted to say that he is a WONDERFUL writer. Not only that, he is very kind OOC and when we are just chatting.
