From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

A bitter yet complex character with many secrets, Kaa is impressively intimidating at first sight, scary in close proximity, and terribly endearing yet very disturbing once you get to know him better. One may never truly understand the depths of this wonderfully written character, but any roleplay involving him is certainly an extremely interesting and life-changing experience. - DorianM

I have only recently starting writing with Wendigo, but I have been stalking her a bit ever since I saw one of her characters in Tam'nýer—a'. Her style is textured and flavored and she manages complex emotions and personalities really well. Wonderfully descriptive in just the right amount, her replies move the story forward while leaving enough time for you to savor each scene. It is a true pleasure to roleplay with her! - DorianM

Kaa is one of those characters that I find myself shamelessly shipping myself with. His need for knowledge, and figuring out how things 'tick' tickles my fancy to no end. Kaa is glorious, and I feel blessed that he is a part of Tam'nýer—a'. Wendigo, you are limitless in your creation.

Wendigo needs and deserves WAY more love. Despite her busy schedule, she is worth the wait every time. Her writing turns English into a music. Wendigo also has the wonderful ability to create in depth and conflicted characters, and allows everyone to pick on them for it. Thank you for being who you are, and being here, Wendigo.

A hard worker, friend, laugh maker, and secret moe. I adore Wendigo and their dark and twisted goodness. A breath of fresh air, I think Wendigo is one of those rare gems that goes so severely underappreciated in a roleplay community. We all need dark and gruelling mixed with twisted and demented. Wendigo does it the right way. -
