From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

It was a pleasant surprise to receive a message from Mytho and start an RP with him. He's a wonderful writer and the plot we formulated together is absolutely delightful. Mytho and I have been friends for a while now, despite a bit of a rocky past and honestly, he's really such a great person. He's understanding and very honest, and it's painfully obvious how much care he puts into his interactions with others and his writing. Oh, and the writing! Amazing and so well done, really. Why haven't I given you kudos yet? It is beyond me. Well, now when I have finally come to it, I have nothing but praise for this person. I don't even really know what to say. Even though our rp didn't last long I enjoyed it very much, in fact I loved it. You have such a unique way of writing there is captivating, and our OOC talks are the best!
