From the Greek word meaning "glory," a kudos is acclaim for exceptional achievement or qualities.
On the RP repository, receiving a kudos means that another community member recommends you as someone other people might like to get to know. Perhaps because you are exceptionally fun to RP with, exceptionally fun to know, or are just plain exceptional!

It's no exaggeration to say that Espy is one of my favorite RP partners ever. It's so lucky that our schedules synced up and allowed us to write what has become one of my favorite plots. He's great and developing things in an organic sense and building the story over time. Beyond that, he's so very kind and unfailingly supportive. Espy is one of the best RP partners I've ever had in 20+ years of writing with others. He is kind, encouraging, and gracious. On top of that, he's one helluva writer with fantastic characters. I'm so glad he approached me to RP those many months ago and that our availability is in sync. He's revitalized my love of RP in a big way, and I'm grateful to him for it.

Among the first I ever interacted with upon making Firefox, I never would have guessed a chance public RP would evolve into a deep and expansive plot, as well as an incredible friendship OOC.
