I want honest reviews. No sugarcoating.

Looks can be deceiving.
I know you see me,
But do you really?
I don’t care how different I may seem to you,
I’m the exact same as you on the inside.
We are all made of the same components,
So why are we judged by our outward appearances?
If you dress in button up shirts and wear glasses,
Does that make you a nerd?
If you dress in a cheerleading uniform,
Does that make you a jerk?
Appearances should not matter,
You’re judging a book by its cover!
So instead of marking someone off as a nerd or a jerk,
Get to know them first.
Just because looks can be deceiving.
I think it is good. Not too long or too short, gives good examples to the title and is relateable to most of us. I would suggest that if you want to make it longer, try adding something like:
Does she need to wear less,
To grab your attention?
Does he need to wear more,
To be suit your tastes?

Just because she doesn't like you style,
Makes her a bad person?
What proof do you have,
That shows she doesn't seem nice?

Or something like, giving a bit more off on who the person might be. ^^(I have a lot of experience writing poetry.)

You know a poem doesn't have to have rhymes right? There is the traditional rhyming poem and then there are also couplets, free verse, haiku, acrostic, cinquain, concrete, diamonte, and tanka to name a few.

Like William Shakesphere's poem "Macbeth"

"For brave Macbeth - well he deserves that name -
Disdaining fortune, with his brandish'd steel,
Which smoked with bloody execution,
Like valour's minion carved out his passage
Till he faced the slave;
Which ne'er shook hands, nor bade farewell to him,
Till he unseam'd him from the nave to the chaps,
And fix'd his head upon our battlements. (1.2.19)"

When was the last time you judged someone,
But only by the way they act?
When was the last time you were judged,
By the clothes you wear?

That cheerleader,
Could be helping the elderly after school.
On her own time.
That nerd,
Could be failing all his classes.
Because he just didn't care about school.

Appearances should not matter,
You’re judging a book by its cover!
So instead of marking someone off as a nerd or a jerk,
Get to know them first.
