Asroc - The Pygmalion Furnace (played by Asroc)

{Closed, but please ask to join.}

"Yet another day. Yet another business made... Even if I had to serve something to those wretched primitives...."

The young French male adept placed a closed sign on a small shop where he liked to work on his baked goods and culinary arts. His expression remained blank. He rarely smiled, but he felt rather proud at what he earned for the day. Tipping his hat a bit, he placed his gloved hands in his pockets and would walk back home. That was when he motioned for a small robot to follow him.

"Venez ici."

A rather petite looking robot, which had a rather round shape hobbled towards the young French Adept. Even if Asroc didn't smile, he was happy to see his small robot in one piece. At least no one would mess with it while he was busy. Kneeling down to its level, he picked it up and held it in his arms as if he was cradling a pet of some sort.

"Such an eventful day. Adepts or Primitives, I made my share. I am glad both enjoy my tasty artworks..."

His tone seemed rather serious. He did not like humans per-say. As humans wee fairly judgemental towards Adepts and would class them as 'monsters' or 'fiends'. Some cursing emitted from under his breath. Mainly curses in his native tongue. He shook that off as he turned heel and would head back home.

"Such a world. The only 'primitives' who are free from sin are children and babies. However, they will grow up and judge us for being who we are. The world will be better without them...!"

Such words came from his mouth. No one saw him say it or even paid mind if he was around. Asroc ranted about this to himself and himself only.

"If this word was ridden of them. I will be much happier and not deal with such grief and pain from their words."

He went silent however. Ducking a few corners over some alley ways. It seemed rather silent. The day was growing short and night time was coming. He did hear or heard that there were mechaloids around these areas at this hour. Mainly when the sun sets and the moon rises. Where no human or adept dare to step.

Normally, he did handle them single handedly, but it seemed like it would get worse as he would progress through the days. He could use his Septima to handle this. However, it was not a good time.

"Need to find a safer way home... for now... this is the only path I know of..."

Itzal stood alone in the shadows of the alley, shrouding himself in them like a cloak of night. This was the place that he felt safe and at home in, not out in the busy streets, but by himself surrounded by his thoughts. Unlike the Frenchman the being bore no ill will towards humanity, in-fact the only thing he truly bore ill will towards was what he once was.

Slowly the shadow being detached itself from the shadows, his seven foot elongated body moving with a certain grace which would be surprising for the size. The sky was growing darker and the time to begin moving had finally come, for once those mecaloids came it would be extremely unsafe for him.

Then came the sound of footsteps, this had been a new alley for him to hide in away from the world and the sins of his past so he had no idea if anyone used it or not. Well, this certainly answered his question in that regard, but it also put him highly on edge. He had no idea of the person hostility, for all he knew they might be a mechaloid.

Standing in a slightly defensive position he awaited the arrival of newcomer

He wasn't alone. Not at all. Asroc wondered it was a random human or a "primitive"as he called them. He wasn't fond of humans. Not at all. Setting his robot down, he motioned for it to stay behind him. A few curses in French escaped his mouth as he thought of shifting into Grimoired form. What if it was just a human? Or the wind? Or just nothing at all? He could still use that mode and send his smaller version of Gallette Krone to look around what was going on.

"Nah. It would be a waste of time. Futile. It could just be some random bystander.

That was when Petite Gallette Krone tugged at Asroc's trousers. It sensed something. It then crawled up onto his shoulder and plucked off his hat. A slight pet peeve of French Adept.

"How many times have I told you not to..."

However, when Gallette did remove his cap, it was a sign of danger was afoot. Normally, the hat plundering was for fun and games. Not this time.

His golden eyes met with a shadowy figure. It was rather haunting and eerie. He tried to remain silent and calm, which he was most of the time.

"Who are you? State your name. Otherwise, I will have none of your half baked games."

The mini robot of Asroc's hopped off his head and got in a defensive stance, standing in front of its master. Extending its arm out, Mini Gallette was about to fire some bullets. Sure. they would be as effective as a small pea shooter, but it could ward off this shadow figure?

Itzal's elongated body and entire appearance would appear to loom over Asroc. While it wasn't something it intended to do, it just seemed to happen naturally, like how some people stand slouched naturally. Itzal's natural stance was that of looming over people. This, it knew wouldn't help its current position, one that was precarious enough as it was. The whole situation it felt was one leading to a brawl.

As Itzal pondered on the eventual outcome of this chance meeting, its eyes saw the small robot stand defensively out in front of what it presumed to be the robots master. Finally Itzal moved, feeling that any more indecision on its part would lead to an assumption of aggressiveness. It drew itself backwards into the shadows, almost like it was trying to hide away from the pair it had accidentally confronted.

Out of the shadows the crimson eyes fixed their gaze sorrowfully on Asroc and his robot, it slowly stretched its hands out in what it hopped was a peaceful manner. "I mean you no harm, please."

The voice would echo in the mind of Asroc, sounding almost like a hiss. Itzal showed no open sign of talking yet the voice was still there.

He motioned for Gallete Krone to cease fire, which it did of course. Adjusting his cap that was on his head, the French Adept closed his golden coloured eyes. This thing didn't mean any harm, now did it? He managed to keep his robot behind him. So, t here was no need to shift into his Grimoired form.

Crossing his arms over his chest, the youth huffed a sigh.

"No harm? Well. I can sense something in you that you are not hostile. Not like those filthy primitives that said such wretched things about me and crushing my dreams."

His voice tone sounded rather brash, yet soft in the tone. As if he was rather poetic.

"Come on out. Gallatte Krone will behave himself. Now. .."

He did feel a cold chill with this Itzal being. A rather cold chill. Not in a bad way. but just how he felt around the other. Would he place his trust and faith in the being?

"I will bless you with my trust. However.. why are you following me? "

Itzal looked around slowly, considering all of the options available, the young man seemed to have moved his robot friend out the way for the moment... He paused wondering if this was an elaborate trick, one more look at the person who stood opposite to him convinced him otherwise.

Slowly it drew itself out of the shadows, which seemed to cling to his form as he moved out of their grip. His eyes focusing properly on Asroc, "I thank you for your trust, I was just hiding in the shadows here when you came along. Not everyone is friendly towards me, based upon my looks."

As Itzal spoke, it hoped the young man wasn't also doing the same thing so many people did when they met him. Thinking about how to run away or destroy it.

Sin walked through the dark alleyways. There was nothing for him here... Would it be worth it to let go of his last shreds of self control and simply slaughter these miserable beings? Would it be worth it.....

Odd question....

Sin gazed around corners, he spotted the French man and the Shadow being. He stopped, allowing his turquoise eye to show so he could watch the two from a distance.

He wasn't sure of the sensory compact of either of them, so he prepared to be spotted.

He placed a dagger in his palm.

HE was getting freaked out. No, he couldn't do anything. He didn't show fear. Instead, he closed his eyes and tipped his hat down.

"Itzal, I feel we are being watched. Stay at my side. I got you covered. With my Septima, I can help us out."
