the Setting
Big and fierce scaled creatures used to roam the Earth that could breathe fire and eat a human in a single swift bite. Humans used to be weak and dumb enough to attempt to take them down. Unsurprisingly, they failed many times but over time they began to get smarter and stronger. The dragons began to fall.
Eventually only the smartest, the fastest, or the most hidden dragons could survive the humans who now hunted them as a fun sport.
Then, someone came along claiming they had 'tamed' one of the dragons. They had traveled throughout the land and showed everyone that these now small fire-breathing creatures were capable of being very loyal companions.
The world was slow to open up to them, but eventually they did.
In a town known as Zedari, where perhaps only half of the people there trusted dragons or those who claimed to tame them, where a man offers to teach those willing to learn.
You now stand in front of Lyrdin, the one in charge, as he offers you the chance to join.
Dragon Taming
All Tamers in Zedari tend to be avoided, though others in town may have other thoughts on Tamers. Dragons nowadays are very small but even more diverse. Some breath things other than fire, though very few have been seen due to dragons going into hiding. Some are feathered or have scales that shine many colors. There's not much of a limit, but they are small enough to curl around the average persons shoulders.
Most Tamers end up forming an especially strong bond with one dragon to the point the bonded dragon is somewhat magically bonded and can sense their Tamers emotions and intentions.
Usually only the bonded dragon likes to follow their Tamer around but it isn't that rare for other tamed dragons to do the same.
Joining
You may choose to learn how to tame the dragons, or not, or you may opt to be someone who has already completed taming their dragon. You don't need to fill out the form for characters that only show up temporarily but for the main ones, it'd be useful. Thank you!

Bonded Dragon: His bonded dragon is a steely grey scaled dragon with a rather large amount of spikes along her back. She has cuts and scrapes in her scales from fights long ago and dark blue eyes. She's been named Cloud and usually lazes around on the side, watching everything Lyrdin does, until she decides there's a big enough reason to interact with him and whoever he's teaching.
