They need a way to quickly connect with others to RP with.
Maybe a forum where you can simply just ask "Does anyone want to RP _______ with me?"
I understand there is Find RP ADs, but they take forever and I lose interest in the ideas I've come up with by the time someone is interested.

I suppose the roleplay forums could be good for this? Just pop a starter into the forums and people usually show up it seems. Then, you could also write a short "looking for" ad if you wanted to increase your chances of hooking someone.
