It's 18XX and Y/C is the older brother of young, sickly M/C. Sadly, M/C has not been getting better and progressively getting worse. When the brothers' grandmother invites the two down to her place in the countryside, they are sent on a vacation there in hopes to let M/C enjoy what time he has left. But maybe they'll learn a thing or two about life while they're staying there?

On very, very, rare occasions there may be unexplained, POSSIBLY supernatural events. Minor "environmental" magic. Perhaps implies the existence of a deity or supernatural entity. Or perhaps it's just tricks?
